After a very bad experience at a different KFC, today restored my faith. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff who were warm, welcoming and attentive. As well as that, the food was fresh and the most tender and juicy chicken I’ve ever had from a KFC. I can’t sing their praises enough, a big thank you to the whole team there

It's a shame there are so many bad reviews for this place. I ordered on the app in advance. When I arrive before clicking arrived I spoke to one of the staff and asked for particular pieces for my order which they did. The food was lovely. Crispier then the broadwater branch. Absolutely nothing missing which was also great. Yes not all the fries were there in their packets as the guy doing fries was rushing and I watching quite a few go on the floor but I'd over ordered so I wasn't too bothered. Really yummy. Thanks Goring Kfc staff.

Shame about the lack of chairs for those dining in. Food was standard KFC fare (I used to work for KFC as a student and have eaten sooooo much over the years) but the service was great. The gentleman who served me was a top guy and the lady manager was very friendly. KFC is KFC, but good service is what makes them differ. Well done.
